NO MAN LEFT BEHIND PRACTICUM: 

Your Team's Annual Planning Retreat

Like the Essentials, this 1 ½ day training event is based on the content of the 2 ½-day Conference. The No Man Left Behind Practicum is designed for teams with a thorough, working knowledge of the No Man Left Behind Model. 

The Practicumcourse provides an overview of the No Man Left Behind Model, but is primarily an intense planning and consultative experience for leadership teams. It allows churches to work in conjunction with a trainer to focus on the unique issues facing their church as they seek to reach and disciple men. There are no 'cookie cutter' answers. Teams will work to identify their key struggles and systematically address them with the help of other churches and the trainer.

Whereas the Essentials is approximately 85% teaching and 15% work time, this event is approximately 15% teaching and 85% discussion and application. Attendees will hav time to work on specific planning and problem-solving activities to address their needs. This might include goals and expectations, gap analysis, discipleship curriculum overview and a ministry calendar.

Teams attending this training should have either completed the Essentials, the Conference, or done an in-depth book study together using the book No Man Left Behind. Due to the emphasis on work time and consultation, at least two leaders from each church must attend.
